Returns & exchanges

If you have any problems whatsoever, please contact us, we are here to help!


We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations subject to the following conditions:

Contact us by email at within 3 days of receipt for return address

Send items back within 7 days of receipt

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase

Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee

No restocking fee for exchanges, but secondary shipping charges apply.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We always recommend using a tracked service to return your item - we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
