Lovely combination of two long slender name/date bars teamed with a little tree of life and a heart tag that can have initial(s) on the reverse too.

Each solid sterling silver dog tag is pierced expertly by hand from 1 mm thick silver and measures approx. 40 mm x 7 mm before being stamped on BOTH SIDES, and highly polished to a mirror finish. The heart tag can have one or two initial on the reverse.
